Give teachers a practical roll-call workflow while helping administrators review attendance history and requests for absence.

Practical school operationsRole-aware accessBased on inspected product workflows
01 / MODULE OVERVIEW

A complete roll-call routine, from class selection to review

A teacher selects a date, class and section, marks students present or adjusts individual statuses, then saves the batch. Administrators can inspect monthly records, export CSV reports and identify students whose attendance falls below the displayed threshold. Leave requests have a separate review and decision flow.

WHY IT MATTERS

For teachers: finish the daily roll call efficiently. For leadership: follow up on repeated absences using recorded attendance rather than memory.

02 / WHAT YOU CAN DO

A closer look at every capability.

03 / HOW IT WORKS

A workflow your team can follow.

Select class & date → Mark statuses → Save roll call → Review patterns

01

Choose the class, section and date

Choose the class, section and date for the daily roll call.

02

Mark or adjust attendance

Mark all students present as a starting point, then adjust individual attendance statuses as needed.

Save the roll call

Save the attendance batch so the day’s statuses become part of the attendance records.

04

Review attendance trends and leave requests

Review the monthly report, export CSV and follow up on students flagged below the displayed threshold.

04 / IN PRACTICE

No live integration has been verified. The hardware screen is explicitly a simulator.

Can staff export attendance?

Yes. Monthly attendance information can be exported to CSV.

Can leave requests be approved?

The leave management interface supports submission and approve/reject decisions. Automatic attendance reconciliation is not asserted.

Scope clarification

The QR/RFID/biometric gate view in the current application is a simulator, not a verified physical hardware integration.
